To begin, we need some information about your group quilt concept and a $35 non-refundable setup fee. Once we’ve received and reviewed your submission, we will email your group the link to a tailored project page similar to this one and send you an artwork template for two quilt squares (a $50 value). Let’s get started!

Project Information

Please select the most appropriate occasion.
We recommend listing at least 10 email addresses in order to meet our 16 square minimum requirement (some people may purchase multiple squares). Quiltlove will email an invitation to participate in the quilt to all email addresses listed in this field. Individual squares cost $25 each.
While not required, a common theme will make your quilt more cohesive. Popular themes include flowers, plants and trees, sports, animals, self-portraits, handprints/hand outlines, seasonal activities and characters from books. Use your imagination!
Please choose 2 to 4 theme colors. Project participants will be asked to use these colors in their artwork and Quiltlove will incorporate matching fabric into the quilt.
We recommend allowing 1 week for the group to purchase squares and 1 additional week for submitting art. The quilt will ship approximately 2-4 weeks from the deadline entered above.

This non-refundable fee includes the creation of the quilt project page, email communication to potential project participants inviting them to purchase squares and two blank quilt squares for your artwork.
