Remember managing dual Zoom school sessions from the kitchen table while attempting to work from the laundry room and wondering how such tiny humans can possibly eat so many snacks in one day? Let’s not do that again.

On a related note, THANK YOU TEACHERS!

March is here which means it is time to start thinking about Teacher Appreciation Week (helpful hint: it starts May 2). We had so much fun with this promotion last year that we’re back for Round 2. Teacher Appreciation quilts organized in March come with FOUR FREE SQUARES (a $100 value)! We hope these extra freebies inspire you to wrap a special teacher in your life in love and gratitude after yet another unprecedented year.

To qualify for four free squares, the quilt must be designed as a teacher/educator gift and organized in the month of March, with the deadline for purchasing quilt squares and submitting artwork occurring by March 31, 2022. 15 squares must be purchased for the quilt to be made. May not be combined with other offers.

Has your child’s class pooled funds for a teacher gift? Quilts can be purchased in full by a single organizer, such as a classroom parent, here.

While we know the pandemic is not over and many families are still coping with loss, while navigating a changed world, we do feel optimistic about the arrival of Spring – particularly with regards to classroom learning. Here in California, masks will no longer be required in the classroom in the next two weeks which feels like a step in the right direction.

Warmly,

Liz
